SHIPPING INFORMATION

Fillyboo is very happy to offer free global shipping on all orders.

Most orders are shipped within 1-3 days of ordering.  *Some items may require hand finishes (such as crochet, tassels and buttons) to be added to your garments prior to shipping.  In this case, orders are dispatched approximately 5-7 days from when you place your order. 

Please allow up to 10 business days to receive your order.
Most orders are received within 10 business days.  Actual delivery time can sometimes be faster than that and often arrives within a few days of ordering.  Orders sometimes take longer than 10 business days to arrive due to either a delay in shipping, or delays in transit.  We do our absolute best to avoid these situations, but if it does occur we will try to keep you informed as best we can.
You will receive an emailed notification when your order is ready to ship.  This email will include your tracking information. 

Please provide a street address for delivery.  We are not able to deliver to PO BOXES.

If you are ordering for a special occasion, please let us know immediately after you have ordered.  Please send us an email with your order number and the date that you need your order to be delivered.  
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date but can try our hardest to ensure that your order gets to you on time.

Please try to place your order at least two weeks prior to your Baby Shower or Photo Session to avoid any stress of a last-minute delivery.

All orders are shipped via our partner DHL express, from our production and warehousing facility in Bali, Indonesia.

THE PAYMENT OF DUTIES AND TAXES ASSESSED BY CUSTOMS IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER.  PLEASE BE AWARE OF THESE CHARGES PRIOR TO PURCHASING.  WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURN OF GOODS ABANDONED AT CUSTOMS, NOR DO WE ISSUE REFUNDS OR CONTRIBUTE TO PAYMENT OF DUTIES IN SUCH SITUATIONS.





RETURNS AND EXCHANGES 

Fillyboo can accept returns/exchanges via our centres located in Sydney, Australia and Los Angeles, USA.

Customers can return a purchased item for either a size exchange or credit note.  PLEASE NOTE: We do not offer refunds for returned items.  
We are a small, handmade boutique business offering free global shipping so cannot refund for returned items.

If you need to return something, please contact us at exchanges@fillyboomaternity.com within 2 weeks of receiving your order.  Exchange requests received more than 2 weeks after your order has been delivered cannot be processed.

Once you have emailed us, allow 3 business days for a response.  You will receive an email with approval and instructions on where to send your item and how it should be labelled.
The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Returns must be received within 10 days of receiving your returns approval email.
Once we receive your returned item, we will let you know and either issue your credit note or dispatch your requested size exchange.  For your exchange to be processed, your returned item must be in original condition, with tags attached and packaged neatly.

We do not refund the difference if your returned item is more expensive than the item you purchase with your credit note.  Contact us and we will issue you with a new credit note for the balance.

We offer ONE size exchange per garment only. Please choose carefully and refer to our size guide or email our staff for assistance prior to purchasing (studio@fillyboomaternity.com). Shipping costs will be incurred for subsequent exchanges.

We do not accept order cancellations.


 Our products are handmade and individually unique. Colours, embroidery and other hand processes may differ slightly to the product image and are not available for refunds on this basis.


- If you have received a faulty garment, you will receive a full refund and a HUGE apology. (this doesn't happen very often:) In this instance, please contact us to explain the problem so we can resolve it quickly for you.

The Fillyboo default currency is USD.

PRODUCTS

All Fillyboo products are hand crafted by talented artisan families who live on the Islands of Indonesia. Each garment is a truly unique artistic expression and no two garments are alike. All our embroidery, beading, fabric dying, crochet and batik are created in small batches and are not mass produced. There may be small imperfections and slight differences in colour or placement of prints and/or embroidery that differ from the product photo. These irregularities are not considered to be faults in the garment. Fillyboo pieces are truly one-of-a-kind garments. These subtle differences only add to the uniqueness and beauty of your new Fillyboo!

1) Pippa Group Pty Ltd shall NOT be held liable or responsible for any injury or property damage sustained in relation to Fillyboo merchandise. This includes packaging, tags, and shipping documents. This also includes any third-party person or property in relation to the first person /customer who purchased the Fillyboo merchandise.

2) All personal care and legal responsibility in relation to personal safety and/or third-party persons safety and/or property whilst wearing, storing or handling Fillyboo merchandise lies with the consumer.

3) Fillyboo packaging must be kept away from babies and young children and is the responsibility of the consumer. Fillyboo will not be held liable for any injuries sustained in relation to Fillyboo merchandise or packaging.

4) Please follow the product care instructions and use due diligence and common sense when caring for and wearing your Fillyboo products in order to sustain product longevity and maintain personal and third-party personal care and property safety.
